Shakelah Hicks-Morgan

Shakelah has been dedicated to serving her community and the families of Eugene and Springfield for the past 23 years.
Her passion for children began at the age of 10 and has only grown stronger over the years. As a mother of 5 adult children and a caregiver to numerous others, including several foster children, Shakelah has honed her skills in nurturing and supporting young minds.
In addition to her role as a caregiver, she serves as the Vice President of the NAACP and is currently pursuing her law degree.
Shakelah's ultimate goal is to become a judge in juvenile court, where she can continue to advocate for children and families, providing her expertise and care to her community.
Maliya Morgan
Sub Provider/Head Teacher
Maliya, a dedicated advocate for children, has been an essential part of the Blessings team for seven years.
Starting as a student aide, she diligently worked her way up to Head Teacher and Sub Provider. Maliya's commitment extends to coaching competitive cheerleaders, instilling values of teamwork and perseverance in young athletes.
Passionate about youth development.
Maliya volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club and the YMCA, actively engaging in mentoring programs. As the current Miss Oregon America Volunteer, she champions youth empowerment and volunteerism, promoting the Reach and Rise
Youth program.
Maliya embodies a strong dedication to positively impacting the lives of children and young individuals.
Sadie Stacy

Sadie is a highly experienced childcare provider with a remarkable tenure of 15 years at Blessings Kids.
As a Level 9 member on the Oregon Registry, she exemplifies a deep commitment to the well-being and development of children under her care.
Sadie's passion for nurturing young minds shines through in her dedication to creating engaging and enriching curriculum and activities within the Blessings Kids organization.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Sadie's devotion extends to her personal life, where she is actively involved in her son's school and extracurricular activities. This hands-on approach not only underscores her love for her family but also showcases her unwavering support for her child's growth and educational journey.
Sadie's holistic approach to childcare, blending expertise with genuine care and involvement, sets her apart as a compassionate and dedicated professional in the field.
